Last Saturday night, I finished writing The Art of Heart, which is book three of the Courage, Love and the Meaning of Christmas series.
It is now available for kindle and paperback at bit.ly/christmas3 and bit.ly/christmas3book
At last! I have worked on that book for so long and even wrote up to 15 hours per day whenever possible over the last few months to finish up.
I think it was worth it! It's a good book, very engaging, with some good adventure, romance and insight, as with the rest of the series. You should read it!

Both Christmas Books Available for Kindle
When I got a payment from Amazon digital publishing this week, I was surprised to see how many of my Christmas books you're buying for your Kindle devices.
And that was just book one - Courage, Love and the Meaning of Christmas. Book two - The Perfect Gift - wasn't even available except in paperback (you can order these Christmas books from ChristmasNovels.com).
So I went to work and spent the day formatting and then uploading Book Two, which is now available in both formats. Find them on Amazon at amzn.to/christmasbook and amzn.to/christmasnovel. Then click for the Kindle edition if you prefer.
And in case you don't yet have a Kindle reader, you can always download the free software to read Kindle versions right on your computer.

Christmas Books
I was glancing through one of my new Christmas books the other day and remembered how fun they are to read.
This autumn has been incredibly warm and beautiful this year - the trees in my back yard are still half full of gorgeous bright yellow leaves - but that will end on Monday. Weather.com predicts 100% chance of rain. When they say 100%, you know it's going to rain HARD.
And in the mountains that rise less than half a mile from my house...snow.
When that happens, it will be time to begin reviving the Christmas spirit! You remember - that warm, happy feeling that makes slippery, snowy, cold streets beautiful instead of just inconvenient. That makes you want to visit friends and family and have them over instead of just staying inside where it's warm and cozy and hibernating all winter long.
And there's no better way to begin that by curling up next to a fire with a heavy blanket wrapped around your shoulders and your favorite of inspiring, engaging Christmas books in your hands as the clock ticks the long winter night away.
Come Monday, maybe that's where I'll be.

New Christmas Books
Two new Christmas books you should definitely check out were published a few weeks before Christmas last year.
The first is Courage, Love and the Meaning of Christmas. It's rather unlike other Christmas books you'll find out there - a mix of adventure, romance, deep insights about the meaning of life, and, of course, courage.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of reading this book is the continual surprises as various facets of the plot fall into (and out of!) place. You'll also enjoy the characters - with whom you will probably identify very well, and the vivid descriptions of setting and action.
In typical Shaun Roundy style, the book wraps up nearly all loose ends, then ends with something to make you wish you could read the next book IMMEDIATELY!
The sequel - The Perfect Gift - takes up the story one year later, and a LOT has changed since then! This book features a lot of Spencer's roommate, Ski, which means you will laugh often. But that's not all. You'll also cry now and then even though everything turns out, it seems, just the way it was "supposed" to.
